One animation, five destinations: 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 1:1 for feed posts, sometimes 4:5 on top of that. After Effects gives you composition presets for the sizes, but nothing that moves the layers to match — every format still means repositioning, rescaling and re-timing by hand.

So a square logo lockup, a headline and a CTA that read cleanly in landscape either get uniformly scaled into a portrait frame — leaving huge dead margins top and bottom — or someone rebuilds the whole layout again, once per platform.
