What's
new.

Every recipe we ship, every bug we squash, every plugin update, in plain language, from the people who use it too.

Buy it yourself now. Templates get hearts. The matrix stopped hedging.

A full week landed in one entry. The big one: you can buy Wizard or Studio yourself now, no email back-and-forth first. The rest is smaller but real: hearts on templates, a compatibility page that stopped hedging, and a plugin that's now sitting in two more places you'd look for it.

What shipped:

  • Self-serve checkout for Wizard and Studio, monthly or yearly, straight from the pricing page
  • Studio bills per seat and opens a team invite automatically right after checkout
  • Hearts and share buttons on every template, so you can see what other people are actually using
  • A rebuilt Compatibility Matrix: 71 properties checked across all four transfer directions, After Effects to Figma and back
  • A rebuilt Install page with direct one-click downloads for the After Effects and Figma plugins
  • Category pages for the spellbook, so templates are easier to browse and easier to find in search
  • Self-hosted fonts, pages load faster, especially on the first visit

On July 14 we published the plugin to Figma Community and submitted it to Adobe Exchange for review. Figma's live already; Adobe's queue can take a few weeks.

MotionPotion is alive. 🔮

We've all lost the first half-hour of a project to setup: unzip, relink, rename, repeat. v1.0 is the fix we wanted for ourselves: finished motion you drop straight onto your timeline, curves and easing fully intact. This is the first public cast.

What landed on day one:

  • The After Effects panel, living right in your workspace (AE 2022 and up)
  • 10 starter recipes in the spellbook: fades, slides, scales, the moves you reach for daily
  • All 6 keyframe types land intact: linear, ease, ease in, ease out, hold, custom Bézier. Your curves, never flattened.
  • One-click import. No zip, no relink, no ceremony.
  • Free Apprentice tier: 5 imports + 5 exports a month, every recipe visible, no card
  • Sign in with Google or email and you're animating
  • Search and filter the spellbook to grab a move fast

The Figma plugin is brewing for Wizard subscribers, and the library grows every single week from here. We're just getting warmed up.
